Reat the Star Tribune review.
A classic American musical comedy, On the Town is one of Broadway’s most energetic and inventive musicals.
As three sailors come to New York City on a whirlwind, one day leave, On the Town follows their antics and exploits as they seek to experience and embrace life. Set against the backdrop of WWII and the sailors own uncertain futures, On the Town is an exuberant and poignant comedy.
On the Town was Leonard Bernstein's first Broadway score. Experience this show the way it was meant to be: with full orchestration from BCT’s live orchestra, large, energetic dance sequences and amusingly innovative sets.

- Music by Leonard Bernstein
- Book and Lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolf Green
- Based on an idea by Jerome Robbins
